Amenities
First of all, Home2 Suites offers FREE parking that is almost unheard of near Disney World. Most hotels on and off Disney property are charging $15-30/night for parking.
The hotel also offers a shuttle to Disney theme parks. At the time of our visit the shuttle fee was $10/person one way. This rate seems high since Uber or Lyft will most likely cost less, especially if you have more than two people in your travel party.
There is a zero-entry pool with a water slide. Unfortunately, the pool is shared with neighboring Homewood Suites, so it might get crowded during “peak swim hours”.
The hotel guests can use the grills free of charge.
There is plenty of outside seating to enjoy warm Florida weather.
Room
We stayed at 2 Queen Beds Studio room. The room was very spacious with plenty of storage and desk space.
There are two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, so the room sleeps 6.
The bathroom is on a smaller side with no tub, just a shower.
What makes this hotel perfect for families on the budget is a full kitchen.

Breakfast
The breakfast is included with the stay but this is where the hotel lost a few points.
We came down for breakfast about half an hour before the end of service hoping it would be less busy but we were wrong. The breakfast area was overrun with guests with no place to sit and long lines to get anything. The breakfast items were not being replenished, so this is what we were left with:
We stayed at Home2 Suite for only one night, so we did not get a chance to re-evaluate the service the next day. I am hoping this was a one-off experience.
