Day 2

  • Early morning access to Walt Disney Studios (Crush’s Coaster + Ratatouille). We were able enter the park one hour prior to the general admission because we were staying at the on property hotel. This is your best bet to avoid 2+ hours line for Crush’s Coaster.
  • Breakfast at Au Chalet de la Marionnette
  • Exploring the parks
  • Dinner at Chez Remy
  • We ended the day with watching the Illuminations show at Disneyland. We were visiting in end of June, and it barely got dark at night, so the show started at 11pm.

Day 3

    • Shuttle to Paris and Airbnb check in
    • Lunch at La Taverne de l’Arbre Sec
    • Eiffel Tower and dinner at 58 Tour Eiffel

After two magical days at Disneyland Paris, we headed to the city of Paris. We took a private shuttle to our Airbnb in 1st arrondissement.

For lunch, we decided to try La Taverne de l’Arbre Sec, a charming bistro just steps from our Airbnb apartment. The food was delicious, and the service was phenomenal.

After a few hours of admiring Paris architecture and, of course, shopping, we headed to the 58 Tour Eiffel for dinner. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the Eiffel Tower and offers breathtaking views of the city. Dining here was a truly unforgettable experience, and one we’ll never forget.

Day 4

  • Louvre
  • Lunch cruise
  • Tuileries Garden

We started our day bright and early and arrived at Louvre as soon as it opened for the day. Click the link above for the overview of our visit to one of the largest and most famous museums in the world.

For lunch we booked Paris Seine La Marina Lunch Cruise.

The cruise offers a unique and unforgettable way to experience the beauty of Paris. On board, you’ll enjoy a delicious lunch while cruising along the Seine River and taking in the stunning views of the city as you pass by famous landmarks such as Notre-Dame, the Eiffel Tower, and the Musée d’Orsay.

This is the lunch cruise we booked: https://www.marina-de-paris.com/en/

We originally planned on visiting the Musée d’Orsay after the lunch cruise, but the jet lag got the best of us so we retreated back to Airbnb for a quick nap.

Refreshed, we set on a quest to find the trampolines in the Tuileries Garden.  We did find them but the area closed at 5pm, so check the operating hours if this something you want to do. The trampolines are by Charles Perrault statue.

Day 5

  • Montmartre
  • Shuttle to the airport

We only had a few hours before the flight so we did not have time to stand in line to enter Sacré-Cœur and we chose explore the streets of Montmartre instead.

Watch out for string/bracelet scam by the Sacré-Cœur. The scam artists are known as “string men” and they can be quite persistent.  One of them tried approaching Bunky but I loudly told him, “Step away from my child!” and he quickly retreated.
